We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Consultant to help craft seamless, intuitive, and engaging digital travel experiences. Your expertise will play a key role in shaping and enhancing user interactions within our platform.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire UX design lifecycle, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Act as a strategic advisor, offering expert guidance on user experience best practices and industry trends.
- Conduct and interpret user research through usability tests, interviews, and behavioral analytics.
- Develop detailed user personas, journey maps, and structured information architectures.
- Design accessible and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and WCAG standards.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring design concepts to fruition.
- Provide mentorship to junior designers, fostering UX best practices and methodologies.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, supporting recommendations with data-driven insights.
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across various platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
- Over five years of experience in UI/UX design, including three years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative problem-solving and user-centered design approaches.
- Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, and ProtoPie.
- Comprehensive knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into meaningful design improvements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive design decisions from data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design rationale effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
- Experience in a consulting or agency environment, managing multiple client projects.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue, Nuxt).
- Hands-on experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.
- UX certification (Google UX Design, NN/g UX Certification) is an advantage.
- Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web interfaces.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design methodologies.
