Overview:
Programmed is thrilled to provide an excellent opportunity to become a part of a well-established team as a Voice Picker with our client, a global supply chain solutions leader, in a handy location near Brisbane Airport!
This is a brand new distribution centre for our client, as they continue to grow their business. As a result, we are looking for staff who will be willing to be trained at our client’s existing facility in Karawatha for 2-4 weeks. After training, you will transition to the new facility near Brisbane Airport at the end of May!

Responsibilities:
- Successfully implement voice picking, RF scanning, and EPJ activities
- Load and pack dry, refrigerated, and frozen orders
- Carry out routine stock checks and help restock
- Maintain a tidy and well-arranged working area
- Work in a 24/7 operations mode
Qualifications/Skills:
- Prior experience with voice picking, order picking, and EPJ operation
- A forklift license is a plus but not necessary
- Cold room experience is a benefit
- Demonstrated ability to meet and consistently exceed KPIs
- Willingness to take a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Must be willing to travel to Karrawatha for training
- Flexibility to work either AM or PM shifts:
- AM Shift: 0600 – 1430
- PM Shift: 1430 – 2200
