Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal teams to design, enhance, and maintain reporting systems and dashboards for effective data management.
- Ensure reports are prepared, reviewed, and distributed promptly in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Assess reporting needs, translate them into technical solutions, and implement data visualization tools for better insights.
- Develop systems to track and report key performance indicators, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Uphold reporting accuracy by enforcing quality control measures and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Continuously refine reporting workflows and adopt best practices to improve efficiency.
- Manage and maintain a centralized data repository for both internal and external reporting needs.
Education and Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Essential Skills:
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of compliance reporting and internal control frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and present data effectively.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is advantageous.
- Experience with workflow and collaboration tools such as Jira or Microsoft Teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience integrating APIs and consolidating data from multiple sources.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Studio, PGAdmin, or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- Familiarity with Agile project management principles and tools.
- Background in compliance reporting and internal auditing.
